There are two main ways to listen to BounceRadio.net on your smartphone/iphone. We’ll discuss the easiest and simplest way first, and then provide you with an alternate method in case you’re having trouble getting the stream connected.

Method 1 – Shoutcast App for iPhone/iPod Touch

BounceRadio.net utilizes Shoutcast as our main server for streaming media rich audio over the web. The makers of Shoutcast have released a "FREE" app in the iTunes App Store under the same name, and can be found by clicking here (must have iTunes installed for link to work).

Once you click the link or icon above, install the app onto your iPhone or iPod Touch, don’t worry the app is free, so no charge! Now, follow the steps below and you’re all set to start enjoying BounceRadio.net on your iPhone! Other smartphone users, search your app library online for Shoutcast Radio, if you can’t find it, than proceed to Method 2 below.

1. Go to settings of your iPhone and scroll down until you see the SHOUTcast settings menu. (circled red in the image below)
   
2. Now, once in the SHOUTcast settings, change "Allow hi-bit streams" to the "ON" position. It’s set as off be default. (circled red in the image below)
   
3. Now that settings are changed, go back to your home screen and now load the SHOUTcast App on your iPhone or iPod Touch.
4. Once the app is loaded completely, click the search option on the toolbar in the bottom of the screen and search for the exact term "BounceRadio.net" without quotes of course.
   
5. Just simply tap the search result as shown above and you’re all set to start enjoying BounceRadio.net!
   Other smartphone users, search your app library online for Shoutcast Radio, if you can’t find it, than proceed to Method 2 below.
   (3G network must be available for stream to work, and this app only works on iPhone 3G/3GS or iPod Touch.

Method 2 – Streaming using iPhone’s internal Quicktime Player

We all seem to have smartphones these days, and depending on what carrier you have, most 3G capable smartphones will stream Bounce Radio directly on your phone. It’s simple as ABC! All you have to do is open your smartphone’s Internet browser and follow these simple steps listed below.

1. Open Browser on Smartphone, (iPhone users open Safari)
2. Enter the URL bounceradio.net/smartphone
3. You will arrive at the Tap To Play Listen Live Logo, just simply tap to begin enjoying Bounce Radio anywhere!
4. To further your Bounce Radio smartphone experience, bookmark the Smartphone page, and add the icon to your home screen. This will create a special icon on your iPod Touch or iPhone that will go directly to the smartphone landing page on BounceRadio.net.
